According to MAHB, while the contractor for the KLIA2 has obtained the certificate of completion and compliance (CCC) which is concerned with technical issues, it has not received the certificate of practical completion (CPC) which has to do with satisfying material contractual obligations.

(MAHB) has yet to issue the certificate of practical completion (CPC) of KLIA2 to the contractor.
MAHB said on Tuesday there are material contractual obligations on the part of the contractor which “have not been satisfied”.
