KUALA LUMPUR: SMTrack Bhd (formerly known as Smartag Solutions Bhd) has entered into a joint venture with two individuals in the United States to fast-track its core traceability business in designing and commissioning one of the very first embedded traceability bottling plant.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, SMTrack said it had entered into a joint venture agreement with Michael Maragh and Marc Thomas in San Francisco.
