KUALA LUMPUR: Bumi Armada Bhd
has appointed Shapoorji Pallonji Mistry as its non-independent and non-executive director and Ravi Shankar Srinivasan as alternate director to Shapoor.
Shapoorji has over 20 years of corporate experience spanning several continents and diverse industries including construction, shipping, banking, and offshore oil and gas, it said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia. – Bernama
