Rexit aborts JV deal for Singapore project

PETALING JAYA: Rexit Bhd has ended an agreement to form a joint-venture company to provide solutions for the Singapore Law Academy e-Discovery software as a service Platform (SAL eDiscovery Saas Platform) in Singapore.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Rexit said its memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Stone Forest Corporate Advisory Pte Ltd and Fulcrum Asia Management Pte Ltd under the SG Law Cloud Consortium had been mutually terminated. It said the proposed joint venture had been aborted and SGLAW Cloud Pte Ltd (SLCJV) would be dissolved in due course.
