MARC affirms AAA on Senari Synergy’s RM380m debt notes


 KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysian Rating Corporation (MARC) has affirmed its AAAIS(fg) rating on Senari Synergy Sdn Bhd’s RM380mil Islamic medium-term notes (IMTN) programme with a stable outlook. 

The ratings agency said on Tuesday the affirmed rating and outlook reflect the credit strength of an unconditional and irrevocable guarantee on the IMTN obligations provided by Danajamin Nasional Bhd which carries a financial insurer rating of AAA with a stable outlook from MARC.
