KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia’s blue chips extended their losses from last week, with the FBM KLCI falling nearly four points early Monday, following the steep decline on Wall Street as worries about global economic growth mounted.
At 9.09am, the FBM KLCI was down 3.45 points or 0.19% to 1,805.43. Turnover was 105.44 million shares valued at RM36.76mil. There were 79 gainers, 223 losers and 164 counters unchanged.
