KUALA LUMPUR: AmResearch is staying positive on Malaysian properties and it expects new property launches to re-accelerate in the second half of 2014 after a lull in the first half.
It said on Wednesday any slowdown in property sales post the Good & Services Tax (GST) in April 2015 was expected to be short-lived with transaction volumes tipped to normalise within a quarter or so.
