KUALA LUMPUR: The FBM KLCI gave in to selling pressure at midday dragged by Sime Darby, as investors await Bank Negara's Overnight Policy Rate meeting outcome on Thursday.
At 12.30pm, the KLCI was down 5.04 points to 1,838.74. Turnover was 1.02 billion shares valued at RM759.26mil. There were 238 gainers, 469 decliners and 321 counters unchanged.
