PETALING JAYA: The gross development value (GDV) of S P Setia Bhd’s Battersea Power Station (BPS) project in London may be revised upwards due to the better-than-expected selling prices and demand so far.

Maybank Investment Bank (IB) said in a research report that it understands that the project’s total GDV may be revised upwards to £10bil (RM52.11bil) from the original £8bil (RM41.69bil) when the project was first unveiled in 2012 although it is still unconfirmed.
