PETALING JAYA: Malaysia’s palm oil stockpile has crossed the two-million tonne mark in August, which is at its 17-month high as crude palm oil (CPO) production rose amid the high production season.
The Malaysian Palm Oil Board (MPOB) in releasing its latest statistics yesterday said palm oil inventory soared 22% to 2.05 milion tonnes in August from 1.68 million in July.
