KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia’s blue chips closed higher on Tuesday on some mild buying of key stocks like CIMB, DiGi and Tenaga Nasional but the overall market was mixed in the absence of strong leads from funds.
At 5pm, the FBM KLCI was up 3.03 points or (0.16%) to 1,874.12. Turnover was 2.45 billion shares valued at RM2.01bil. Losers led gainers 420 to 399 while 333 counters were unchanged.
