PETALING JAYA: Dayang Enterprise Holdings Bhd has proposed to undertake a private placement of up to 10% of its shares, or 82.5 million shares, to third party investors that will be identified later.
In its filings with Bursa Malaysia, the oil and gas services provider said the issue price of the private placement shares would be determined at a later date.
