TRC Synergy Q2 earnings edge up on lower taxes


KUALA LUMPUR: TRC Synergy Bhd's earnings rose 3.3% to RM6.98mil in the second quarter ended June 30, 2014 from RM6.74mil on lower taxation.

The construction company said on Wednesday profit before tax was lower at RM9.33mil compared with RM11.72mil.  But it benefited from lower tax payments of RM2.44mil compared with RM4.94mil a year ago.
