PETALING JAYA: IJM Corp Bhd
is hopeful that the proposed RM398mil acquisition of the Sistem Lingkaran-Lebuhraya Kajang (Silk Highway) from Silk Holdings Bhd would be realised by the financial year ending March 2015 (FY15).
Managing director and chief executive Datuk Teh Kean Ming said that the proposed purchase of the highway was now subjected to various regulatory approvals by regulators, shareholders and bond holders.
