Axiata Group Q2 earnings at RM447m (Update)


KUALA LUMPUR: Axiata Group Bhd's earnings fell 30.5% to RM447.82mil in the second quarter ended June 30, 2104 from RM644.77mil a year ago due to the short-medium term impact of Axis integration and forex losses.

Axiata president and CEO Datuk Seri Jamaludin Ibrahim said on Wednesday he expected the group performance to be in line with its key performance indicators albeit slightly lower revenue growth.
