MBM net profit down slightly on lower motor sales

PETALING JAYA: Automotive outfit MBM Resources Bhd’s net profit for the second quarter ended June 30 slightly slipped to RM31.2mil against RM37.1mil a year ago due to lower sales of its motor trading division.

This was in line with the marginal decrease in revenue for the quarter that fell by 1.4% to RM565mil from last year.
