AMSTERDAM: Sanctions Russia has imposed on agricultural products from the European Union will cut Dutch exports by "at least €300mil" (US$400mil), based on 2013 figures, Statistics Netherlands said on Tuesday.
The total value of food exports to Russia, including fruit, vegetables, meat and dairy products, was €500mil in 2013. Those exports generated €300mil for Dutch businesses, while €200mil went to service providers in neighbouring countries, the bureau said.
