Bumi Armada JV secures RM3.76b deal with Husky-CNOOC Madura


It said on Tuesday the JV was appointed as the FPSO lease contractor for the Madura BD Field, about 65km east of Surabaya and about 16km south of Madura Island, off Indonesia, to Husky-CNOOC Madura Ltd (HCML).

The letter of intent for the FPSO vessel was for a fixed period of 10 years with options of five annual extensions worth US$147mil (RM469mil), if the options are fully exercised by HCML.
