Radius Business Park will be constructed on a 5.89 acre land by Emkay’s subsidiary MKN Embassy Development Sdn Bhd, making it an exclusive business area within the MKN Techzone mixed development area which houses offices for Jabatan Perkhidmatan Awam (JPA), Malaysia Administrative Modernisation and Management Planning Unit (Mampu), UIM (LAKIM) and some VAD future office spaces for companies and organisations.
