PETALING JAYA: Uzma Bhd
has entered into a joint-venture (JV) agreement with SmartCore Technologies Sdn Bhd to provide integrated solution services in the oil and gas (O&G) sector through a joint-venture company.
Uzma said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia that the company envisaged the joint effort based on both parties’ specific strengths and resources would enable the JV company to tap into any opportunity that arose and enhance the chance in securing a contract.
