KUALA LUMPUR: Mah Sing Group Bhd
is making its foray into Negeri Sembilan to undertake a township development with a gross development value (GDV) of RM7.5bil.
The property developer said on Monday it was buying 1,400 acres of land in Rantau district for RM359.55mil from the trustees Poh Yong Cak, Lim Kim Chong and Sam Chien Kiong @ Sam Choy.
