PETALING JAYA: Pelaburan Mara Bhd (PMB) is increasing its stake in BHS Industries Bhd up to 18% from its current 8.3%, as the printing services company plots its diversification into renewable biomass and property development ventures.

As a strategic investor with a bigger stake, PMB would play a crucial role in helping to accelerate BHS’ expansion plans, sources said.
