Harvest Court shareholders call off Friday EGM


KUALA LUMPUR: Harvest Court Industries Bhd's two shareholders -- Zenith City Investments Limited and Syawaras Sdn Bhd - have called off their proposed extraordinary general meeting (EGM) which was scheduled to be held on Friday.

Harvest Court said on Thursday during the hearing at the Kuala Lumpur High Court the previous day, Zentih City and Syawaras gave an undertaking to the court that they would not convene and/or hold the EGM.
