KUALA LUMPUR: YTL Power International Bhd
’s subsidiary has completed its purchase of a 60% stake in Konsortium Jaringan Selangor Sdn Bhd (KJS) for RM49.80mil cash.
It said yesterday that YTL Communications Sdn Bhd completed the purchase of the stake from Kumpulan Darul Ehsan Bhd and Ingres Software (M) Sdn Bhd.
