PETALING JAYA: Bina Goodyear Bhd is facing possible delisting after its proposed regularisation plan was rejected by Bursa Malaysia.
The company said in a filing with Bursa that it would be suspended with effect from Aug 12 and delisted on Sept 8, unless an appeal against the rejection of the regularisation plan and delisting was submitted to Bursa on or before Sept 3.
