KUALA LUMPUR: Harvest Court Industries Bhd has disputed the proposed EGM called by two shareholders Zenith City Investments Ltd and Syawaras Sdn Bhd.
It said on Wednesday while the two shareholders had advertised in two newspapers about the proposed EGM on Aug 8, it pointed out they had not followed the procedures.
