PETALING JAYA: Sime Darby Bhd
’s indirect unit Sime Darby Elmina Development Sdn Bhd and Eastern & Oriental Bhd (E&O) have extended the expiry date of the exclusivity period of the memorandum of agreement (MOA) between them from June 24 to July 8.
The MOA will allow both parties to negotiate the terms of a sale and purchase agreement (SPA) in relation to the proposed disposal of a parcel of freehold land measuring 135 acres by Sime Darby to E&O.
