KUALA LUMPUR: JPMorgan Chase Bank (JPM) has sent a resignation notice to Kuala Lumpur Kepong Bhd
(KLK) as the Depositary of KLK’s American Depositary Receipt Programme (ADR).
In a filing to Bursa Malaysia on Tuesday, KLK said it has decided to terminate its ADR Programme by not appointing a successor depository.
