KUALA LUMPUR: Kejuruteraan Samudra Timur Bhd has issued 12 million loan stocks with a total value of RM12mil to Malayan Banking Bhd
(Maybank).
It said on Friday the RM12mil irredeemable convertible unsecured loan stocks of RM1 each were issued under a debt settlement agreement.
