Tanjung Offshore suspended, pending announcement

PETALING JAYA: Oil and gas services company, Tanjung Offshore, has been suspended for up to three market days beginning 9am on Tuesday, following a request from Affin Investment Bank, pending the release of a material announcement, a filing with the stock exchange showed.

News reports surfaced over the weekend the company may be the target of a reverse takeover offer and may re-enter the offshore support vessel (OSV) business.
