KUALA LUMPUR: Dialog Group Bhd
unit Dialog Resources Sdn Bhd has accepted a letter of intent (LOI) from ROC Oil (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd for a farm-out of 20% of ROC’s participating interest in the production sharing contract (PSC) located offshore Sarawak to Dialog Resources.
“The deal will involve three fields, D35, D21 and J4, and will reduce ROC’s participating interest in the PSC to 30 per cent,” the group said in a circular to Bursa Malaysia. — Bernama
