KUALA LUMPUR: 7-Eleven Malaysia Holdings Bhd shares rose to a high of RM1.55 and finished the day at RM1.53, up 15 sen on its relisting, beating expectations of many analysts who had predicted the counter to start off lower than its initial public offering (IPO) price of RM1.38.
It was the heaviest traded counter with some 202 million shares done. Its IPO is the country’s largest so far this year.
