PETALING JAYA: Three new directors were elected to the board of Extol MSC Bhd during a dramatic EGM which saw shareholders voting to remove three previous directors.
The three elected during the EGM yesterday were Datuk Lai Wen Shian, Wong Ngai Peow and Low Kim Leng. The three that were removed were Datuk Ahmad Ismail, Mohd Faidzal Ahmad Mahidin and Megat Mohd Hazim Megat Mohd Aminuddin.
