PETALING JAYA: Symphony Life Bhd
’s wholly-owned subsidiary Symphony Crescent Sdn Bhd has entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Ow Chee Cheoon and Ng Kit Heng for the acquisition of a parcel of commercial leasehold land measuring 2.27 acres together with an adjacent land measuring 0.68 acres in Selangor for RM58.2mil.
The proposed development consists of two blocks of 39 storeys of commercial building over a period of three years.
