Bumi Armada down on weak Q1 earnings


PETALING JAYA: Shares of Bumi Armada Bhd took a beating yesterday, hitting its lowest closing price since June 2013 after the company posted a weak first quarter and announced a fund raising scheme by selling new rights shares that will dilute earnings.

The stock hit an intraday low at RM3.69 before wrapping up 16 sen or 4.1% down at RM3.74 with 7.11 million shares traded.
