Citibank expects 50% of clients to go digital


Citibank’s consumer business head Citibank's head of consumer business, Elaine Fan, says the number of the bank's customers in the country using digital banking facilities is expected rise to 50% by year-end.

KUALA LUMPUR: The number of Citibank customers in the country using digital banking facilities is expected rise to 50% by year-end as more digital-banking applications become available, Citibank Bhd said.

This would compare favourably to the 39% who used digital banking facilities three years ago, the bank said.
