MISC Q1 revenue slips but earnings jump 62% to RM486.4mil


KUALA LUMPUR: Earnings for MISC Bhd in the first quarter ended March 31, 2014, jumped 62% year-on-year to RM486.4mil from RM300.4mil, even though revenue slipped 3.7% to RM2.29bil from RM2.379bil.

Profit before tax rose 51.2% to RM527.8mil from RM349.1mil previously.
