Tanco proposal approved in EGM

PETALING JAYA: Tanco Holdings Bhd’s proposed cash payment to Vacation Super Club (VSC) members has been approved. The resolution on the matter was approved during a EGM on Saturday by a poll with a majority of 86.17%, the company announced on Bursa Malaysia. This would enable Tanco’s unit, Tanco Resorts Bhd to terminate and dissolve the VSC.

Tanco has proposed to pay eligible members an entitlement sum calculated based on the remaining unutilised tenure of their respective VSC membership agreements as at cut-off date.
