PETALING JAYA: Two Extol MSC Bhd directors and a shareholder have obtained an interim injunction order to stop the company’s EGM which was scheduled to be held today.
The two directors, Datuk Ahmad Ismail and Mohd Faidzal Ahmad Mahidin and shareholder Mohd Badaruddin Masodi, obtained the order from the High Court in Kuala Lumpur on Wednesday. The order was served on the company on Thursday.
