MBSB in the hunt for talent as it eyes bank status

Malaysia Building Society Bhd (MBSB) is aggressively scouting for talents to beef up its corporate business as part of its growth strategy, a move analysts views as a step closer to becoming a full fledged bank.

The search for talents is in line with the non-bank financial institution’s move to shift its total loan portfolio ratio to 60% retail and 40% corporate in the next two years from the current 90:10.
