TOKYO: Japanese consumer inflation rose for a 10th straight month in March as higher energy costs helped push prices up, official data showed Friday.
Stripping out volatile fresh food prices, prices rose 1.3% year-on-year in March, the same rate since December, data from the internal affairs ministry showed.
