KUALA LUMPUR: Two Extol MSC Bhd directors, who face the threat of removal at Saturday's extraordinary general meeting (EGM), and a shareholder had obtained an interim injunction order to stop it from proceeding.
The company said on Friday the two directors Datuk Ahmad Ismail and Mohd Faidzal Ahmad Mahidin and shareholder Mohd Badaruddin Masodi had obtained the order from the High Court in Kuala Lumpur on Wednesday. The order was served on the company on Thursday.
