PETALING JAYA: Ananda Krishnan’s Bumi Armada Bhd
has appointed Harvard-educated corporate lawyer Maureen Toh Siew Guat to its board as a director and nominee of Usaha Tegas Sdn Bhd, the reclusive tycoon’s private vehicle.
It also announced the resignation and retirement of Datuk Seri Mahamad Fathil, Andrew Philip Whittle and Lim Ghee Keong as directors.
