Maybank, Petronas Chemicals slip at midday


KUALA LUMPUR: Maybank and Petronas Chemicals fell at midday on some profit taking on Thursday as the broader market turned negative while key regional markets were mixed.

At 12.30pm, the FBM KLCI fell 1.31 points or 0.07% to 1,866.04. Turnover was 1.14 billion shares valued at RM857.74mil. Losers beat gainers 459 to 233 while 377 counters were unchanged.
