PETALING JAYA: TSR Capital Bhd
has redesignated Tan Sri Lim Kang Yew to deputy chairman. He was previously a non-executive director in the company.
In filings with Bursa Malaysia, the construction and civil engineering firm said Lim had consequently resigned from the audit committee as well as the nomination and remuneration committees.
