PETALING JAYA: Kian Joo Can Factory Bhd will hold an EGM on May 23 for shareholders to decide the buyout launched by Aspire Insight Sdn Bhd.
Its group chief financial officer Ooi Teik said on Wednesday although the takeover offer remained the main concern of shareholders, the results would only be out end-May.
