KUALA LUMPUR: MAA Group is taking full control of Pusat Tiusyen Kasturi Sdn Bhd (PTKSB) and Keris Murni Sdn Bhd (KMSB) by buying the remaining 30% stake for RM1.60mil cash consideration.
It said on Monday its unit MAA Corporation Sdn Bhd had signed a share sale agreement with AEC College Pte Ltd to buy the stake.
