PETALING JAYA: The Malaysian Competition Commission (MyCC) has maintained its findings that Malaysia Airlines (MAS) and AirAsia Bhd had infringed the Competitions Act 2010 when they entered into a collaboration in August 2011.
MAS and AirAsia said in separate statements that they would appeal against MyCC’s decision to the Competition Appeal Tribunal. AirAsia said it would also apply for a stay of MyCC’s decision.
