Public Bank leads KLCI higher on mild fund buying


KUALA LUMPUR: Public Bank shares led the FBM KLCI higher in late morning trade on Wednesday, boosted by local fund buying amid the firmer key regional markets.

At 11.25am, the KLCI was up 3.55 points to 1,851.31. Turnover was 927.55 million shares valued at RM830.22mil. There were 411 gainers, 236 losers and 306 counters unchanged.
