KUALA LUMPUR: Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd has reprimanded Eonmetall Group Bhd
for breaching one of the Main Market’s listing requirements.
In a statement yesterday, the bourse said Eonmetall’s Feb 29, 2014 announcement on the unaudited fourth quarterly report for financial year ended Dec 31, 2011 failed to take into account the adjustments in its announcement dated Apr 30, 2012. – Bernama
